Everything is perfect. The owner that greets all guests, a very beautiful room (suite 401), welcome party at the street vith "gluevine", very, very kind staff who helped with smile to solve any problem, as I have a problem with car they helped me with service, gave car with driver to went to pick my broken car from service station, all hotel servicies work perfect (internet, houskeeping, restourant, room service, welness etc.) It is the best 4* hotel I've ever been (I was in not less than 100 hotels arround Europe).

We enjoyed the spacious suite and delicious food/wine. The staff was very kind and helpful. The spa was very relaxing.
A normal small dinner table in the room would be appreciated. Just to play cards or to write.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel in the heart of the Pustertal Valley. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the village with easy access to transportation and parking. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which was modern and clean. The staff were attentive to my needs and the breakfast was fantastic. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.
Nothing not to like.

Food and staff were good. The location was convenient and close to key attractions. The room was comfortable, but basic.
The noise level was intolerable, particularly on Wednesday nights due to loud music disruption until the early hours. the church bells ringing early in the morning was unpleasant for light sleepers.

This hotel has a good location, in the central square of a small village in the Dolomites area. It is situated in the center of the village, which is convenient. It is also in the Pustertal Valley, with great views of the surrounding mountains. One aspect that I liked was the breakfast that had a wide variety of foods on offer.
